Winter Concert Update

A few final updates in the final days before the Winter Concert:
Extra Seats
As promised, here’s the link to reserve additional seats for the December 14 Winter Concert. At the writing of this email, we have about 75 seats left. Please remember that our suggested donation at the door is $10 per adult, $5 per non-performing child. Cash is preferred, as it’s a bit quicker and the weather forecast doesn’t look great!

This form will be inaccessible once the PAC fills up, or on Sunday at 10pm. I’ll send out ONE final email letting everyone know if there are any seats for those who wish to show up at the door without a reservation.
Parent Help
We have a number of jobs for volunteers one the evening of the concert. We’d love helpers. No volunteers will miss their child's performance! Here is our SignUp Genius volunteer link.

Bake Sale
We will have a Bake Sale at the concert. Please bring cash if you want to enjoy some treats outdoors, or want to bring some treats home with you. Due to MHS policy nothing can be eaten inside the Performing Arts enter. We’re asking for each grade level to bring something different for the bake sale. This is optional, but of course highly encouraged!
6th grade: Brownies or Dessert Bars (Please have these cut beforehand)
7th Grade: Cookies
8th Grade: Cupcakes or Candy
Christmas Tree Raffle
The Moorpark High School Instrumental Music Program has graciously donated a gift certificate for a freshly cut 6-7 foot Christmas tree to be raffled off at our concert! Each raffle ticket is $1 and can be purchased at the show!
Taqueria Jalisco Fundraiser
Please attend our restaurant fundraiser at Taqueria Jalisco before or after Tuesday's concert. They’ll be donating 20% of every bill back to our program. A flyer (attached) or a photo of the flyer on your phone needs to be shown to staff.
A final note, while we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to stay to the very end of the concert, especially since we have the esteemed MHS Marching Band to close, performers from the first half are permitted to leave during intermission.
